Wande Coal’s hit song, “The Kick”, featuring Don Jazzy and directed by Sesan, remained on the number one spot in the MTV Base Official Naija Top Ten powered by Star Music.
This week’s biggest climber is PSquare, who jumps three places from number 9 to number 6 due to the continuous demand of “Personally”. Other climbers are BET Award Winner, Ice Prince, who’s “VIP” moves up one place from number 6 to number 5; while D’Banj’s “Don’t Tell Me Nonsense” moves off the bottom slot to number 9.
Chidinma is this week’s only new entry with “E MI NI Baller”, clocking into the Official Naija Top 10 for the first time at number 10.
2Face’s “Dance Floor” doesn’t seem able to emulate the success of former number one “Ihe Neme” and slips back one place from 6th to 7th, while Flavour’s “Chinny Baby” falls back two spots to end up in 6th place. Dropping out of the chart altogether is Lynxxx’s “Eziokwu” after an incredible 19 weeks in the Official Naija Top 10.
